Soy Chorizo & Raspberry

This weekend was by far the most gorgeous we've had yet in 2010. I didn't end up spending a whole lot of time outside- but caught about a half an hour of pure sunshine bliss while down at the food carts on 12th and Hawthorne. YUM

Something old , something new, something borrowed, something blue.


The latest project on my list is to fix up my old lucky bike. Litterally lucky because it was once stolen from me. I had the pleasure of finding it under the Burnside Bridge exactly one week later and I stole it back!

Recently, ive debated whether or not I would take the plunge and buy new. Ive finally come to realize that this bike (frame) has all the potential in the world, it just needs a few old, new, borrowed and 'blue' parts. In the process, I get to finally learn how to work on my own bike! Im planning on decking it out with a cushy seat, nice handle grips and plenty of storage on the outside.

A really great little Bike Shop (pictured above) helped me out today. This place is on 9th and Salmon, right by Tims shop. Im feeling inspired-- cant wait to have the nice new setup.
