Its September. As I walked to get my coffee this morning I passed by the school down the street to see all the parents dropping their kids for the big first day back. It brought a very nostalgic feeling. Whether I like it or not, fall is around the corner. At least this year I can say I did the summer right. Took a few trips, made a little art, enjoyed many shows. The foster dog list grows ever larger and I know that Scarlett will not be soon forgotten. She was severely neglected , left with open wounds all over her body from flea allergies. I had her for a little over a month and she got a wonderful home on a farm with a retired woman, horses and two doggy siblings.
