Woolen bathtub and a few hospital visits


The last of the 'home' dialysis. Rich receives a long awaited kidney transplant at OHSU.


This year's Modified Style entry. Show is May 1st at Disjecta in N Portland.
All fabric is donated and sorted at random for participants to choose and create an outfit.



Fibers class weaving sampler #2. Ikat, Kasuri and Woven Shibori.
Yarns were hand dyed with procion dyes + indigo

Charcoal 'memory drawing' assignment. Finished edge and surface with thread, beeswax + paraffin


Final project of the semester: 3 hand woven seat cushions to be upholstered on custom chairs by Tim Fouch

Cleaning wool from the Sacks farm in Oregon City. Many 'treasures' found.

Newest nephew: Baby Silas Robert Nelson
